Established in 2011, the Future Leaders Development Initiative is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth aged 15–30 to become transformative leaders. We combine mentorship, experiential learning, and community engagement to build skills like critical thinking, collaboration, and ethical leadership. Our programs are designed to be inclusive, supporting diverse participants from underserved communities to future CEOs.
